Igor Oliveira’s journey began close to the world of leadership. From an early age, he was exposed to CEOs, business leaders, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers. He saw ambition, influence, responsibility, success, and pressure from near enough to understand that leadership was never only about power or position.

What marked him most, however, was not the appearance of success. It was what often remained hidden beneath it.

He perceived that many people, even those who seemed accomplished, were carrying unanswered questions: about meaning, direction, responsibility, truth, and the deeper structure of their own life.

“My life may look ordinary from the outside, but I have never experienced life as ordinary.”

For Igor, human life has always carried a sacred depth. Not because every person becomes famous, powerful, or externally successful, but because every person carries a mystery within: a unique way of seeing, suffering, choosing, loving, resisting, and becoming.

At 18, this perception became impossible to ignore. A profound interior void pushed him beyond the safety of what was expected. His search took him across countries, cultures, and languages, where one conviction became clearer over time: every life is extraordinary, but many people live disconnected from the depth, strength, and responsibility they carry.

Igor’s vision is rooted in this conviction: to help people see more clearly what is hidden within them and live from that place with greater courage, discipline, and truth.

Intuitive Seeds was born from this way of seeing.

Igor did not create it simply as a business idea. It emerged from a deeper intuition: that many people do not primarily lack talent, intelligence, or ambition. They lack clarity about themselves, their decisions, their inner patterns, and the direction their life is asking from them.

For over 15 years, Igor has walked beside CEOs, artists, students, entrepreneurs, parents, and individuals in moments of transition, pressure, and decision. Across these different lives, he observed the same deeper need: people want to move forward, but they often do not fully understand what governs the way they think, act, react, choose, and lose coherence.

His role is not to impose answers. It is to help reveal what is already present but not yet fully seen: strength, contradiction, desire, fear, responsibility, vocation, and the possibility of a more coherent life.

Through Intuitive Seeds Consulting, Igor brings together human perception, strategic thinking, virtue-based principles, and structured decision-making. His work is practical, but its roots are deeper: the belief that clarity must serve responsibility, and that responsibility must be guided by truth.
