Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern the sale of consulting services by Intuitive Seeds Consulting (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to any client or purchaser (“you”) via our website or direct communication. By purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Offered
We offer leadership coaching, team training, and strategic advisory services. All services are described on our website and may be tailored through direct agreements.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in the selected currency (USD, EUR, BRL, or CAD).
Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment is required in full before services are rendered.
Accepted payment methods include credit card, ACH (USA only), SEPA (EU), and Stripe.

4. Ordering Process

Orders are placed online via our website or through personalized quotes.
You will receive an order confirmation by email.
Once payment is completed, we will send access to booking or project materials.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel up to 48 hours before a session to reschedule without penalty.
No refunds are granted after services are delivered or partially consumed.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@intuitiveseeds.com and will be reviewed case by case.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU law, you have the right to withdraw from a service agreement within 14 days of purchase.
However, if the service has begun with your consent before the end of the withdrawal period, the right to withdraw is waived.

7. Liability

We commit to delivering services with professionalism and diligence.
We are not liable for indirect damages or results not guaranteed by contract.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

8. Intellectual Property
All materials shared during coaching, training, or advisory services are the intellectual property of Intuitive Seeds Consulting and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or disclosed without written permission.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
